The last great revival in Wales took place over a century ago when Evan Roberts, ministering in a minority language, was greatly used of God. A decade later and all five continents had experienced the ripples of revival. This book traces the expansion of this revival and its continuing impact today. What is striking is that this one country had such an influence on so many countries in such a brief period of time.
Revival came to Wales when foundations were being shaken – there were great changes in communication and travel, social and political structures were in turmoil, and Christian values and dogmas were under attack. This movement of God’s Spirit challenged these worldwide changes.
