Who is Evangelical Book Shop?

The Evangelical Book Shop has existed since 1926 and our mission is to spread an evangelical message and witness through literature.

We hope to benefit ministers, teachers, leaders, and congregations by providing access to Christian resources which are biblically faithful, Christ-honouring, and of theological and practical benefit to the Church and her members.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major forms of credit and debit cards like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also pay through a digital wallet like Apple Pay and Google Pay as well as through PayPal.

If you prefer to pay by cash or cheque, please choose to pay at our store. You will need to collect your order from our Belfast book shop to use this option.

Please contact us if you wish to pay via BACS/bank transfer.

How can I be sure my information is kept safe?

We encourage all of our international guests to use our website to make your orders. Please view our delivery page regarding shipping costs and times.

Do you charge tax or custom duty for non-UK orders?

Our products are individually taxed and will state clearly if additional charges are to be made in the shopping cart.

Can I cancel an order if I change my mind?

How can I check my  current order status and view my previous orders?

Simply login to your account and select the Orders link on the left of the screen.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

Customers can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving goods for a full refund or customer credit. As long as the item is is in resellable condition.

To return an item, use our Return Items form.

You have the option to receipt a refund onto your chosen payment or customer credit. The credit automatically ties with your customer account which you can spend on our website or in our Belfast book store.

My order is damaged. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as you realise one or more items of your order are damaged in any way. Include your order number and briefly state the damage.

We will then reply and share what happens next.

Why isn’t my password working?

Our new website requires you to create a new password. Please visit the Accounts screen and choose the ‘Lost your password?‘ link.

Enter your email address that’s tied to your existing account and choose ‘Reset Password’. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password and access your customer account.

Do I need to create an account to order?

Not unless you want to. We aim to make ordering as easy as possible so you can complete the checkout options without having to create an account.

However, creating an account means you get access to special coupons and discounts and other benefits.

What are Store Credits and how can I use them?

You have the option to have an order fully refunded to your credit/debit card or as a store credit to your customer account. 

Store credits also get allocated to your account when you activate a gift voucher.

Store credits automatically activate in the checkout page. You can choose not use them and pay using another method if you wish.
