Improving on our existing platform, customers are now able to:
- Chat with EBS staff directly online
- Easily browse our full product catalogue including used books
- Request a book through our Book Finder service
- Add items to a wish list and cart from the search results screen
- Compare items for a better shopping experience
- Read all of our frequently asked questions and delivery Q/As in the help section
- Access customer-specific pages including theological students and church leaders
